Residential Renovations

Project: Total Renovation of Converted Chapel Oxfordshire

The Chapel required total renovation so as to be enjoyed as a full time country home. The first floor with its open vaulted beamed ceiling has been designed to feel like one huge room with several distinct spaces created within to offer a fully fitted contemporary kitchen, dining area and sitting area enwhich to relax. French windows were also added to take advantage of the natural light and the fabulous open countryside views.

Client says: 'The transformation is breathtaking throughout...a stunning result'.

Project: Total Renovation of Grade 11 Listed Terrace House SW London

This project had been stalled for several months, the client having fired his architect. My brief was to deliver a finished renovated home. Begining again was the way forward and with a great team of contractors on board, the desired renovation was completed and in the process saving the client a substantial amount of financial outlay.
New bathroom, new dressing room with custom built fitted wardrobes & shelving, new kitchen, new radiators, re-wire and a new glass and steel extension.
Client says: Nadya was both professional & enthusiastic throughout the renovation pulling the whole team and project together very efficently. Her eye for detail and colour is exceptional.'
Project: Total Renovation of 18c Cottage Buckinghamshire

My brief  was to contemporize the entire interior of this cottage. Walls were knocked down to create open spaces, ensuite created, one guest room became a wet room, two conversatories on the front & back were updated, kitchen & utility room became one and the character and soul of the cottage remained in tact which was crucial for the renovation to be sucessful.

Client says: 'A total renovation of the entire cottage made the whole house inside feel modern & alive while keeping the character inside and out ..a fabulous result'.
